licensed and bonded general contractor with a
residential and BEES endorsement. (BEES = Building
Energy Efficiency Standard, which means she
engineers fresh air ventilation systems) Ms.
Caldwell has almost 30 years experience in the
construction industry. She is highly educated and
experienced in building Alaskan homes and takes
great pride in the Alaskan environment. Tundra Rose
Construction focuses on quality and not quantity of
homes, building about a dozen homes a year.
